Apparently, I am on a Meisters kick as this is the third week in a row I have gone with the Work Wheels. These S1′s belong to Saskatoon’s own Chris Klein. The wheels measure in at 17×9 +15  in the front and 17×10 +15 in the rear. Now that we have the formalities out of the way we can get down to brass tax.

“Early in the morning, risin’ to the street” is all I can think to start this post with, not because I’m a huge Sublime fan but more like it is exactly what we did on Saturday. Before we could get to Summer Session, we had to get to Saskatoon and that was nothing that a quick 2 hour cruise wouldn’t solve.

Collaborations are all the rage today. Think about it – without sweet collabs we wouldn’t have things like rum & Coke or cookies & milk. In the style of the many great alliances that have come before us, we are joining forces with Saskatchewan’s largest automotive community. On July 14th, 306Motorclub and ourselves cordially invite you to Summer Session by Performance Plus. A mid-season car meet is something we can all look forward to, and as promised it’s coming to Saskatoon this time. Street racing is frowned upon as we all know, but up here is Saskatoon they have made an outlet for those who feel the need to go as fast as possible in a straight line. Street legals is a class anyone can enter and race, cars, bikes and even trucks can enter as long as you pass tech you can race.

It’s that time of the year for me when everyday seems to be a birthday, or an anniversary or a some kind of important day.  I guess it is the way June is going to be for me, or at least for the foreseeable future.  July’s calendar, on the other hand, is a wide open canvas with the exception of me yearly canoe trek into the wilderness for a week.  That is about to change as we here at DODOlogic look to travel in to somewhat unfamiliar territory.  I will tell you more , after the ‘click’……..

Much like DODO’s car meets, up here in Saskatoon the 306MotorClub group has a car meet every Wednesday night on the west side in the farmers market. On a good night, I’ve seen up to 60+ cars show up.
