DMCC West: Round 3 Pros

As always, it is a pretty awesome sight seeing cars tear apart a track while sliding sideways. I can easily say it’s my favorite thing to take pictures of! DMCC Pro-Am: Round 1 – Race City

This past weekend brought on the first round of DMCC West for both the Pro and the Pro-Am drivers.  Aside from the ever changing weather in Calgary the weekend was amazing.

The Pro-Am Drivers

The Pro-Am event was great to watch as drivers of all different skill levels were present and ready to take part.  Qualifying was very interesting as we saw some unfortunate upsets by some strong drivers. But that’s the way the cookie crumbles in drifting.

It was a big weekend of Drifting here in Western Canada.  We had the first round of the 2011 DMCC Western Canadian championship in Calgary and the Drift Union Invitiational in Penticton.  I was unable to make it to either event however those that did make the trek tell me it was a great weekend of drifting and socializing.  DODOlogic will have coverage of both events over the the next week so stay tuned!
