After a long, exhausting weekend, I was excited to relax. But I quickly realized these photos weren’t going to take care of themselves, so I got after them like it was my job.
A few weeks ago Josh came to me with an idea. The idea was to shoot a short video that involved snowboarding and a haggard BMW. So, one Saturday afternoon we met up in a field somewhere outside of Regina with snowboards, a snowmobile, Bobcat and one haggard BMW.
This past Sunday was the second annual Fallout meet. Car enthusiasts in Saskatchewan only have about 5 months of good car weather…. if we are lucky. So even though it is not Fall yet, we decided to do it early before we ran out of good weather. A week ago the Calgarian city of Alberta kicked off the summer car scene for a second time with Driven, its biggest car show in two years. After being absent last year due to roof renovations, it came back this year with astonishing street and track platforms. I recently wrote an article about my experience at 425 Motorsports and the contest they are hosting. Not only that, but spread across its windshield was a big red banner that read WIN ME.
As we mentioned a few times, this past Sunday was DODOlogic’s Fallout presented by Taylor Scion. Simply put, Talyor Scion helped us throw a going away party for the nice weather. It is no secret that winter is coming and soon all of these rides will go into hibernation. I hope it goes without saying that we are super thankful to everyone who came out.
